Everyone may already know The Walking Dead. Starting from a comic by Robert Kirkman, this zombie story has been adapted to various media ranging from TV series, Telltale games, action games so bad that people forget their existence. Not quite up there, AMC is now introducing mobile game titled The Walking Dead: Our World.
The Walking Dead: Our World was introduced as augmented-reality game for iOS and Android. When you hear the word augmented-reality maybe one game that comes to mind – Pokemon GO – and yes, this game seems to take the same premise as the game. A collection of zombies will be present in the real world but only in your smartphone phone, the characters from the TV shows like Rick, Daryl and Michonne will fight with you. Just like the initial trailer of Pokemon GO, the trailer of The Walking Dead: Our World does not show original gameplay at all, just a concept of what this game will look like. The original gameplay video is shown by one of the Techcrunch youtube channels (Via Gamesradar). And the gameplay looks the same as Pokemon GO just just replace Pokemon and zombie or more often we know as walker.
There is no release date of this game, the trailer just mentioned “coming soon”. But like a walker that can not be mistaken presence, this game could be present anytime.
